Hey in playing a video clip in windows media player and i dunno why but i always have to turn the volume up ?

the volume has to be all the way up for me to be able ot hear it why is that it plays my music fine but my video clips are a big prob

btw im runing a pentium 4 2.4Ghz 1 gig ram radeon 9600 128 meg agp realtec onboard sound and im using surround sound speakers please help me solve this cuz eben with the sound all the way up i still cant hear it

  1. It's the way they were recorded, some vary a lot. I run my pc through my stereo amplifier and can just about blow the roof off with my sounds,,,lol


  2. how it's recorded. it seems it's not the rate is plays just the file. just the file it's self. also the onboard sound card might suck.

  3. When you install Gomplayer, you will not have any problems any more.

    Gomplayer is free and plays all video file types, DVD, CD, Audio

    go to preferences   -- others  --  select all

    file types   -  codec
