India's Abhinav Bindra won the gold medal in the Men's 10m Air Rifle in Beijing on August 11 with an incredible performance in the final. Bindra shot a total score of 700.5.

I knew Bindra could do it, after I heard he qualified for the finals. The first ever individual gold. There were questions in cricket section, whether India will win any medal, let alone gold, in Olympics. So it is good, you posted it here. And Congrats to Abhinav. You made the nation proud.
