Hello! The Florence cathedral and the Sistine chapel aren't the same. The first is a beautiful cathedral in Florence, Tuscany, but the sistine is a "big room" in the Vatican Museum of Rome, near the S. Pietro cathedral. So, for me the best is San Pietro and the museum Vatican, because is very big and is the heart of the religious people. And Rome is big and spectacular for all the tipes of monument and story. Florence is same beautiful, but you can take a train (is simple) by Rome and in one/two day's visit this city.
