Hey its me again. For the 5D's yugioh card 'Red-Eyes Zombie Dragon', does anyone know its effect?

Yeah, my second yugioh question. I tried to search but all i got were japanese answers.

ATK:2400 DEF:2000  TYPE:ZOMBIE/EFFECT  ATTRIBUTE:DARK

This card can be Tribute Summoned by Tributing 1 Zombie-Type monster. When this card destroys a Zombie-Type monster by battle and sends it to the Graveyard, you can Special Summon that monster to your side of the field.

It has been released in structure deck 15:Zombie world
