Get on your scooter and disobey every traffic law and you will personally get a look.  Pictures don't do the inside of a police car justice!

Why not just ask at your local police department?  You might even be able to schedule a "ride along" for part of a shift.  That way you could experience the car from the inside, not just pictures of the car.

During your ride along you would have a chance to see some of the gear in the car in use.  It would be a lot more interesting than just a picture!
