  1. it depends on youre current build, weight, what areas you want to tone etc. if you want to lose weight the fun way, i suggest dance classes. if you are extremely determined and want to lose it te fast way i suggest full on cardio workout classes. i used to dance but i havent exercised properly for ages. ive just joined the gym though, and i like to do about 30 mins three times a week on the running machine, two hours body pump class, and then situps, and arm toning in my own time at my own pace. sometimes i can stick to this, othertimes i dont do it at all, and sometimes i do even more depending on my moods! it really does depend on what u think u want to do or what satisfies you the most. try going to the gym with a friend, and making something of it, or maybe take up a sport, tennis, running? you can still stay in shape and have a balanced lifestyle, just by getting out more and doing more activities, or walking more. it doesnt  have to be a chore!

  2. dance. breakdance. run and think of something else EXCEPT food. think of something like it's a million dollar run. or ultimately walk to stores. ive gotten fat but then i figured i dont want to follow around with my family so i just walked. i biked at first

  3. i run and go on bike rides. i also do crunches and lunges. and dont forget to eat healthy.

  4. well you could start off eating very healthy.  in the morning you could go for a walk.  And before you can do some stretches like touch your touch...and you can do squats, push ups, bike haha, rolar blade, sit ups, lift weights, lunges, and many more things.  hope i helped.xoxo

  5. i eat porkchops

  6. I exercise for 1 hour and 40 minutes daily (that's 11 hours a week.) I use the Airclimber. I bought it at Target for $99. It's guarenteed to make you lose 10 poundsi n 10 days, or your money back. I lost a pant sizein a week, and now I'm a size 3/5. It has BARELY any impact on your knees, and it's cardio. Your pushing through air (literally.) It's cardio, with resistance bands at the same time! You burn 700-1000 calories every hour. And it comes with an easy-to-follow diet. Now I'm working on getting lean muscle (but not a lot.)

  7. You should try step aerobics...it sounds a little 80's, but it is so much fun! My instructor does 45 minutes of cardio and 45 minutes of weight training. It's a long workout, but you can't even tell because it varies so much and gets you hyper. I was skeptical at first, but I just forced myself to try it once and it is so awesome! Plus, once you do it, you feel so good about yourself that it is easy to get the motivation to go again.

  8. exercise daily or weekly and eat healthy and stay away from pop and sugary foods/drinks

  9. i do very simple exercises, that turn out to be the most effective. i like my thighs feeling stiff to the touch, not all giggly. my exercise for that is simple knee bends, or sit ups, or whatever theyre called. basically stand up, and bent your knees like your sitting in an invisible chair. stand up again, and go down again..i hold on to something to help me balance. i only do like 60 in the morning and 60 at night, and always get commented on me tight legs. what i love about this most is, that its something you can do in your bedroom, and is extremely effective. since im a mommy of a baby, i don't have time for the gym, and i cant get outside that often to jog, and i don't have a lot of time. these two minute things work magic!

for my arms and tummy, i have an exercise thing..I'm sorry i forgot the name..its not mechanical or anything. its a blue color, kind of looks like a flexible tanning chair.you sit on it, place your feet on the foot holders, grab on to the handle grip above your hear, and pull on it to bend the chair in and out. you can get it at big five for 100 bucks.

it works great for me, because it gives me a tight stomach, and also burns the fat on my arms because i use those muscles to pull down. i do 100 of those each day,and its more then enough to keep my abs tight.

after i gave birth to my son, i lost weight magically, and am extremely happy. its the easiest, fastest, and cheapest way to stay fit.

you'll always be ready for the beach. no special diets required, i just try to lay of  sugars and chips.
