Hey men and women...If a teenage girl suddenly pops up from nowhere and says that you have raped her, what would u do?

How are you going to prove that you are innocent...

May be she is telling what she believes by forgetting the real criminal.

  1. In first place I don't spend time with teenagers, so how would she demonstrate we was on the same place??... However, I'll talk with a lawyer, she could be in troubles if she insist on blaming me and liying.

  2. I would deny it and hope i had an alibi for when it happened

  3. i'll read her a bedtime story

  4. The plus side is there is no DNA evidence, and it's almost totally a he-said-she-said ordeal, which she will probably lose.

The down side to that is THAT is the reason a lot of women don't even bother reporting rape incidents.

  5. The burden of proof is on the side of the prosecution, not on the side of the defense...  in theory.

  6. DNA evidence.  If you had s*x with a teen-ager, you raped her.  It's called statutory rape.  You, an old man, should know this.

You can't sue the Courts or the person reporting a crime for slander.  That is ridiculous.

  7. How many times does a teenage girl lie about rape?  I really don't think it is as much as people think.  Rape goes unreported because young girls know that it is to hard to prosecute.  Their word is not enough and going to court is like being victimized all over again.  Any girl though that is found out to be lying (of course exception for girls having a mental break down who should be hospitalized) should be held strictly responsible and be punished accordingly.  Women like that make it hard for the real victims.

  8. If did not have s*x with her, you should have nothing to worry about. There won't be any DNA. You most likely will have an alibi for the time/place she claims it happened.

If you by chance DID have s*x with her & now she is claiming rape, I'd go get a lawyer IMMEDIATELY. Don't wait for the cops to come & arrest you.

  9. Probably your lawyer would say to walk out of the situation without any confrontation and contact him along with a private I. That's when you start thinking about her, why, who and how..

  10. I would deny it and call a lawyer, Since i am innocent ( i would never rape anyone to begin with) i would sue for slander

  11. If you are a man, your life, career and marriage can be in jeopardy.  Today we are guilty until proven innocent.  What would I do?  I'd bend over and kiss my a*s goodbye.  Then I'd call a lawyer.  I'd also go to a church and light a candle for the teenager who falsely accused me.

  12. Hmmmm, that's a tough one.

Assuming I am innocent of any crime, and had time to take some sort of action before being questioned by the police, I think I would telephone a solicitor and get legal advice about my rights an responsibilities under the law.

    Cheers :-)

  13. Well, even though we're grown women, my twin sister has been lying for 4 yrs. about her delusion that I "supposedly" molested her kids. No one has any respect for me, & everyone thinks I'm a sicko. I don't even talk to her, so how could I molest her kids?

& when she was a teen, she used to seduce men & then felt guilty about it & falsely accused them of rape. A couple of guys went to jail.

  14. I would look at her weird and say "Who are you?", and I'd prove myself innocent by saying "I've never met this girl in my life and it's kinda hard for a girl to rape another girl and even if it were with an object or something why they heck would I do that?" I'd probably have to get a lawyer or a lie detector test or something if she took legal action.
