He does have some medical issues, but he should be fine at school..

Was it hard or is it going to be the hard to send the "baby" of your family to school?

  1. I always seem to have the hardest time with my middle child, my son, when it comes to these things!  He has some special needs (PDD NOS) so that may be part of it.  When my oldest son started kindergarten, I was so excited and proud.  My middle child starts in Sept, and I'm sure I will be sobbing away.  I still have my daughter in preschool.... not sure how I'll feel, if I"ll be emotional since she's my last to start kindergarten.  I think I'll be ok, because she's so mature and ready.  But who knows.  But I'll definitely cry when my son starts in Sept, I think in part because I am SO nervous about him going and doing ok in school.

  2. I'm 13 oldest of 7 kids. My mom has a kindergarten scrapbook for each of us, with pictures of us in kindergarten. In the beggining of each book, it has the pictures of the first day of school. Every one my mom has red, puffy eyes. So far, she has 3 in school. Not this year, but the next she will have 4.

  3. I only have one daughter, she is about to turn 4 and she will be going to preschool in the fall.  It is very hard, I keep thinking preschool is almost here, and then next year already she will be going into Kindergarten!  It's scary!  LOL  She's like my 'baby' since she's my only one, so I know how you feel.  I'm already away from her during the day as I work full time and she's at the sitter's, so it's not much different, but it's a whole new experience!  Ever since she turned 3 it seems time is just flying by and it definitely puts tears in my eyes thinking about it...

  4. I am a father of twin boys about to go to kindergarten, but I can tell you my wife, and I both can not wait for our boys to go to kindergarten. Why would you want to cry? Its exciting to watch them grow up. Besides kindergarten was a blast when I was a kid. My wife doesn't seem upset at all, and my boys are watching the calendar waiting for August 4th to arrive.

  5. my son is going to be a badass LOL

thay say your kids are 2 as bad as you where.so LOL ';-)

  6. I think every parent has a hard time sending their children to school.  My son is 2 1/2, and will be going to Nursery school next year.  It's sad because your child depends on you for the first couple years of their life, and you are always there to protect them, and there to see if they misbehave.  When they are at school and get a sort of independancy...where they don't need mommy as much as they used to, and it's devestating!  Brings tears to my eyes everytime I think of it!!
