Hey.. my cat has brown/black spots on his r****m, is this normal?

when i was brushing my cats back legs and he lifted up his tail i noticed he had brown/black spots.i tried to wipe them off with a tissue but they dont come off...what is it? should i see the vet?

  3. well, that is normally because when they go to the bathroom, not everything comes off clean.   they do try to clean it, and mother cats always check their on their young.  It may be better for you to give your cat a checkup, just in case, but if its brown and black, that is not too bad.If your cat gets white parts like there, looking slightly like miniature rice, that is when you see the vet, because it is a sign of tapeworms.
