hey my husband has to cancel my residence visa in dubai and i am in mumbai..my husband wud b leavin dubai soon too..to cancel his visa he has to cancel mine first so he needs me to send my original passport....does n e 1 know how do i get thru these procedures?? which courier company does this??do i need n e authorization letter or ne thing of this sort?? is it possible for me to fulfill these formalities in mumbai itself?? plz reply soon it extremly urgent

I wouldn't sit around Mumbai without a passport, for starters.

Second, he doesn't necessarily have to cancel yours to cancel his. Who told you that?

You might get some help from your country's embassy or consulate in Mumbai. Google the country name and "embassy" and you'll get a list with addresses.

It is up to your husband to walk you through this, not anyone here at YA.

Third, your husband's company has a reliable courier and this is the one you should use if you go through this, which sounds fishy to me.

In any case, get the info from your husband and keep track of what you're doing. Do not rely on advice or information from YA. The matter is entire too important.
