  1. Cotton balls or the popcorn styrofoam pieces that come in fragile packages - PERFECT for bulletin board snow!!

  2. Have you seen that snow in a tube? I think it's called grow snow. You just add water to it and it looks and feels like real snow.. it just deosn't melt. If you add coloured water to it, you can make it look like all kids of things.

  3. You can sprinkle salt on it to represent snow, or even use the fake snow powder.  You can also mix glue with shaving cream, which makes a neat, puffy effect.

  4. Like, a bulletin board? You could do something as easy as stretching out cotton balls or thin batting, and maybe add some spray on glitter.

Also, if you go to the craft store, they make cottony stuff that you can use for fake snow (like the stuff people use for their Christmas villages). Just ask someone for fake snow, they will know just what you mean.

  5. cottonballs and glue maybe -- not sure if that's a good answer but that's how I remember making snowmen and santa's beard and stuff when I was in grade school

  6. ivory soap flakes and water.

  7. I like to let kids get involved in creating bullletin boards, so, as someone else said, glue on cottonballs for the snow, but I'd let the kids put them on. How old are the children you care for? They could cut out some snowflakes as an art project and put those on as well (or ask an older group to do it for you).
