I don't know how ppl clone another's avatar.  You think these accounts would work like email addresses, once one is taken it's unavailable to another subscriber.  My toothpaste is Tom's of Maine and my vac is a Black & Decker.

Sorry about the clone handsome, I use Colgate Whitening w/oxygen bubbles. Taste good! I have a Eureaka, I hate the noise they make too!
