  1. There really would be no way to be completely rid of the cramps. There are some pills (not birth control) that might help with the cramps but they only last for several hours. You might also want to try a heating pad or hot water bottle.

  2. Listen to your doctor.

  3. iron a piece of cloth and wrap it around you. It relieves them. Or theres a pill that will stop that, bloating and I forgot what else, when you have your period.

  4. The pill can lower your cramps but if you don't want the pill then try taking 3 Aleve and or placing a warm heating pad on your stomach where the cramps hurt the most and that will help. Or if you can lay down on a bed in the fetal position and that will help as well

    Good luck

  5. If it is so bad that you have gone to the doctor then really going on the pill is the best solution.

You can try things like taking vitamin B, Evening Primrose Oil & Cod Liver Oil - but they just diminish the pain a degree or two.

  6. My sister used to have reallly bad cramps and she bled like a crazy person and her doctor gave her the pill and it helped her alot.. she would have her periods for 2 weeks to 1 month at a time.. be off for a day or 2 and start it up all over again.. since taking the pill she had a regular 5 day period no cramps or anything.. so maybe you might want to reconsider the pill unless you are trying for a baby.. other than that all i can suggest is drinking alot of water and having a healthy fitness routine.. working out has many benefits aside from losing weight.. Hope i helped at least a little. (=

  7. the pill helped me. I haven't had any cramps sense.

  8. Pills, i guess, are really the only thing that can calm your symptoms down. And I have considered pills, too, because when I get my period, it is h**l and I end up passing out each time. However, me and my mom did research and all these pills, in the long run, aren't healthy. So I guess you have to stay strong and live through it. Being a woman isn't easy, I know.. /=

  9. Birth control pills can really help.  If you don't want that, try taking ibuprofen, hot compresses and exercise.

  10. Paracetamol
