Hey volleyball players! does anyone else get those little itchy bumps on your knees?

how do you get rid of them?

for you kneepads---, wash your kneepad then spray them with athlectic foot spray in them

for you knee- baby powder or corn starch

and aloe vera

stop sweating in you knee pads.....LOL, use honey and baby powder, that will do the trick......

stop itchin them for once....and put ointment on the itchy bumps....u'll be better the next day......cause i did that...
