Ask your boss... politely. If it's your wedding, you'll probably get the day off. If it's not, explain that it's very important that you go because the people getting married are very close to you and expect you to be there.

If he doesn't let you, you might be able to file a complaint... depending on how close you are to the people getting married. (ie. If you're the best man/member of the family/best friend?) If all that fails, apologise to your hosts and send them a nice present.
