hey were can i find a free program to rip my dvd with out loosing audio or picture? im trying to convert my dvd to mp4 to watch it on my new flash player

i'd recommend checking out www.download.com and filter for free products. that is how i find freeware. if you come across something that looks good but costs money you can torrent it too. not that i am saying stealing is good, but the option is there since a lot of free software doesn't work well at all

Handbrake may be the only choice, which is total free and convert DVD files(including protected DVD) to various video formats. But the quality of converted video is not as good as professional one makes. When you aren't content with it, you can turn to wondershare DVD ripper I'm using.
