The world has always been like this- it's nothing new.  Instead of complaining about it, why not try to help?  Personally, though- I am far more interested in my own life- how to make it better for me and my daughter.  I don't apologise for it.  Charity starts at home.  I do agree that the billionaires should probably give something back, though.

Its just another of those whiney, 'oh poor me' songs - lamenting a lifestyle long gone.  Its pathetic, and usually, these songs are written, insincerely, but very young people who think they are appealing to a target audience.

It's dumb as h**l.  Money is not a bad thing.  And just because some people are on the streets doesn't make me bad for wanting more money.  It is human nature to want.  And in order to get what you want, you have to have something of value to give to someone.  I think only close-minded people or ignorant people would say that everybody is going crazy because they want more.  Humans are not crazy because they want more.  Humans are human because they want more.
