  1. breads, refined sugar and flour. soda.

  2. Stay away from anything fake. Eat natural, real food. Things labeled "diet" whatever usually have something else you are trying to avoid to make up for what they took out.

Congrats on your weight loss so far and good luck!

  3. White bread, white rice, refined sugar

  4. Hey great job losing weight!

Eat fewer high-fat foods and less total calories. Choosing healthy foods, such as lean protein and vegetables, will increase your metabolism as well. Increase dietary fiber and limit sugary foods, alcohol, caffeine and don't smoke. The best foods to increase your metabolism and help you lose weight are fish, dark green leafy vegetables, tomatoes, blueberries and other fruits, whole grains, and at least 8 glasses of water a day.

Also, its more about when you eat. Eating small healthy meals through out the day will keep your matabolism going. Also, dont eat right before you go to bed, when your matbolism slows down.

  5. Stay away from Breads , Pastas, Sodas, starches, All fried food, sugary drinks, anything with glutens.Try eating a balanced meal of just meat and vegetables. the brighter the vegetables are in color the more vitamins and nutrients they have..If you get a sweet tooth eat fresh fruit..Blueberries are the best fruit you can eat. Also to help you stay full try drinking a 4 oz glass of water before during and right after each meal..you will stay more full and less likely to cheat..It takes up to two weeks to get rid of that sweet craving if you are bad about sweets..good luck.

  6. try eating whole wheat grains instead of plain or white

try eating more sugary and junk foods in moderation

  7. Empty calories. This means anything that has a lot of calories but few to no nutrients. Nutrients include things like fiber, vitamins, protein, phytochemicals (healthy micronutrients found in plant foods), antioxidants, good fats (like the kind found in nuts, fish and vegetable oil) and good complex carbs.

Basically, stick with whole fruits, vegetables, and lean meat and fish. Also go with low fat or preferrably fat free dairy and whole grain breads, cereals, and other whole grains. Beans and legumes are very good too.

Eat nuts and all natural peanut butter in moderation.

Stay away from candy, cookies, or anything highly processed. You can always find better alternatives. For example try switching to extra dark chocolate instead of regular (it will have more good fats as well as antioxidants). Or try toasting whole grain bread, spreading it with peanut butter, then put sliced or mashed fruit on top and then one more slice of toast, to make a delicious healthy version of a pb and j. Eat with skim milk-awesome.

Don't listen to anyone who tells you to cut a whole food group out of your diet. Basically- Eat Food, not too much, move around and exercise as much as possble, and think postive.

  8. pop, sugar, or anything that ha a lot of calories

  9. Eat in moderation. That is the key. Any sort of diet where you completely deprive yourself of your favorite foods won't last. Allow yourself small portions or half-portions of your favorite foods to help satisfy cravings.

You should try to stay away from empty or high-fat calories. Examples include soda, chips, cookies, cakes, ice cream, candy.
