there are 3 at the gc:

nobby's beach, broadbeach and surfers paradise.

apparently broadbeach is the best.

i haven't tried many dishes but some are

chicken pra ram

Chiang Mai BBQ chicken

maxium beef (somethin like that)

but overall it's a brilliant restaurant, the food, service and the atmosphere are great!

Great that you've been to Thailand, but sad that Thai food is never as good outside the country.  You'll find some ok places, but nothing ever comes close.  The fun is trying as many different places and dishes as you can as you're sure to meet some nice people and enjoy some fun experiences, but the best thing is to return to the land of smiles and get yourself satisfied over there.
