Hey what is the right way to apply eyeliner?

ahah ive trid and tried and each time i looked like goth!! or emo...

if you put some on thinly, and it looks like ur goth or something, then eyeliner isnt for you!

just pull the skin on the side of ur eye to make it sort of tight so you can put it on easier if ur using a penicil kind.

ive never tried the liquit but ive heard its messy or its easy! lol

close one eye and take the eyeliner pencil in one hand kinda move ur eyelids over a bit like going  to ur ear lol then write on your eye right above the eyelashes, it works  for me

ok, well make sure you're doing it in front of a mirror

pull down ur lower eyelid just a bit, revealing the place where you need to apply the eyeling

start at the inner corner of your eye and slowly move to the outer corner

and if you dont wanna look like a "punk" apply little pressure to the eyeliner

the more pressure you apply, the more thicker and darker the eyeliner will come out

and to make it look better, take your pinky or pointer finger and gently smudge the eyeliner

not to the point to where you look like a racoon but so that the eyeliner kinda blends into your skin and makes it look better

it depends. do you want to put it on top or bottem or both?

i like putting it on the top. it look better, i think it looks to dark when you put it on the bottem, and apply it thinly.

either on the waterline or ur lash line......i usually do it on my waterline...that way it also gets on ur lash line and i like how it looks better...but i do wear mine kinda dark....wouldnt call it goth tho.lol

for your bottom eye lid: put the eyeliner right below the lashline. and then draw inwards. do little strokes at a time. and don't go over it too much! or else you'll look like a punk.

and if you're skin is really light then don't do black. do like almost black or brown colors. and i dont know how to do top lid..im bad at it

Pull down your lower eye lid.

I sometimes have this problem as well.

If you don't want to look too edgy or "punk" maybe buy a lighter shade of eyeliner like brown, or dark brown. It will still look dark but not in the cheesy, "emo" way.

Using your index finger pull down slightly on the skin just beneath your eye then lightly apply a line of eyeliner. If you've applied too much and it looks heavy just run your finger across it to absorb some of the excess.
