Hey when ur xbox 360 freezes dose that mean its broken or is it just a normal thing?

its normal as long as it doesny happen all the time.

It is normal, things lije that freeze up sometimes.

it Depends on how it freezes, does it totally freeze and stop working?! and you have to restarted to get it back working?!

if you have this case you can try to remove the Hard Drive and see if it gonna work fine or not, if it did work fine you will have to do some system maintenance by reattaching your Hard Drive again and and getting  System----> Memory -----> Y (Device Options)

and then just Press X X LB RB X X again in sequence

and it will ask you to do system maintenance and after it is done, try to play any game, if it did work fine HERE WE GO,
