You need friends closer to your age than I am, but I'll help you with your picture. Click on "My Profile", then "Edit My Info", you can then choose a Yahoo 360 photo or you can click on "Edit My Avatar". Once you're on the "Edit My Avatar" screen you can make changes to your Avatar.

(If you're not on Yahoo 360, you have to sign up and set up a 360 profile to use a photo from your files. Don't worry. It's easy.)
