I would not cram your size 11 foot into a size 9 boot. The way to go is comfort. For the price of a lift ticket today, you don't want to have to leave the hill because of foot pain. Buy the proper sized boot that fits well and feels good, then get a board the proper width for that boot. Then you will have no toe drag and the set up will be optimal for you and you'll keep progressing in your riding. Have fun!
