There are many advertisement out there and some are scam.  They didn't really tell you or straight forward direct you to the people or company that will get you to do the envelope stuffing and the worst thing about it you have to pay for the informations.  Trust me I did one time all I get was the informations.  Don't remember the name but you need to be very careful.  I suggest you to check on the site about envelope stuffing scam before you decide which advertisement you want to respond to.  Investigate all of them before you give them any money.  I have a link here on how to investigate scams.  Good luck!
