The team trainer claimed that they suffered humiliation at their home ground as things did not go according to their game plan. He stated that on a whole Der FCB were not up to their usual standards but were fortunate to go through

"I think altogether we have to be critical of our performance today. At the end, we did get away with a black eye, however," he added.

Rummenigge revealed that it was a tough game and they deserved to lose 2-0. He admitted that winning the first match helped them qualify for the quarter-finals. On the other hand, he conceded that this is a warning call for them
that they cannot take teams easy in any of their future matches.
