The Bavarian giants' manager was delighted with his side's displays in the triumph over Wolfsburg and the Swiss international http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Xherdan-Shaqiri-c37074 shares the same view, although he feels that the final score was not fair to
the visiting team.
Bayern Munich head coach Jupp Heynckes was pleased with his side after they hammered Wolfsburg 3-0 in the league game, but insisted that the clash was not as easy as the scoreline suggests. This was Bayern’s fifth straight victory
in the Bundesliga and they remain unbeaten in all competitions this season.
The win at the Allianz Arena moves Bayern to the top of the league with a two point lead over second placed Eintracht Frankfurt as the latter drew 3-3 with defending champions, Borussia Dortmund. The BVB have not started the season
like last year and are seven points behind the UEFA Champions League and DFB-Pokal cup runners-up.
http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Bastian-Schweinsteiger-c7374 gave Bayern an early lead and Mario Mandzukic added two more goals to secure a victory for last year’s second best team in Germany. Der FCB maintain their perfect record this term with
a good performance and favourable results and are yet to drop a point so far.
The trainer further added that the game was a difficult one and the final score does not do justice to the away team. He claimed that the number of opportunities would confirm this view. The veteran boss said they were ready for
the physical battle with the opposition and the team did well to contain their attackers.
"It wasn't as easy as the result and the number of chances would suggest," he was quoted as saying in an interview.
"We were up for it physically and allowed them very few chances,” the former Real Madrid and Athletic Bilbao manager mused.
“After we took the lead, we had a number of excellent chances but failed to score a second,” he finally concluded.
Heynckes revealed that following their first-half strike, they were able to create numerous opportunities to double their advantage but were unable to convert the open chances.
