Der FCB manager praised his team after seeing them get back to winning ways against Hoffenheim, following their disappointing UEFA Champions League away defeat in midweek.

Bayern Munich team trainer Jupp Heynckes commended the impressive showings of Die Roten after they defeated Hoffenheim 2-0 over the weekend at the Allianz Arena. Bayern have extended their lead over defending champions Borussia
Dortmund to ten points with the BVB due to travel to Hannover on Sunday as they have a game in hand.
The 67-year-old stated that FC Hollywood were brilliant in their comfortable 2-0 victory over Hoffenheim at home. The Allianz Arena side suffered their first loss of the campaign when they were beaten 3-1 from the Belarusian outfit
BATE Borisov  after going nine games unbeaten in all competitions this season.
The tactician is glad that his team has regained their top form and have a comfortable lead over second-placed Eintracht Frankfurt, although they have played an extra game. Bayern are looking to end their title drought as the Borussians
won the last two league honours and will look to make it a hat-trick of titles this year.
French superstar Franck Ribery scored a double to make sure that the Bavarian giants secure all three points and soothed their Champions League misery against BATE in Minsk. Heynckes claimed Die Bayern faced tough opposition on
Tuesday in Europe’s Premier club competition but still displayed a brilliant performance.
"You have to take into account that we had another tough game on Tuesday, but we still played intelligent and clever football," Heynckes was quoted as saying in an interview.
"We were highly motivated and took control right from the start,” the former Borussia Monchengladbach and Hannover striker added.
“Once we’d taken the lead, I knew our forwards were always good for another goal,” the former Real Madrid and Athletic Bilbao manager finally concluded.
The coach said that his side was ready to make amends and were eager to put their Champions League loss behind. He maintained that the team was motivated to get the victory and took cruise control of the game after taking the lead
through Ribery.
