The Bayern Munich manager has admitted that the victory against FC Koln was very important ahead of two finals in the coming weeks.

goals for the visitors.
Heynckes claimed that his side has continued to work hard in the games despite losing the title to Borussia Dortmund this season. He insisted that the players are determined to perform ahead of the two finals in as many weeks.
Bayern Munich will face Borussia Dortmund in the final of the DFB-Pokal on May 12 at the Olympiastadion in http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Chelsea-c38786 in the UEFA Champions League final on May 19.
The former Bayer Leverkusen boss added that his side came at Koln to win and were successful in getting the desired result. He is looking forward to winning trophies as the club seek a double comprising of the Champions League
and the German Cup.
“Although we lost the championship to Dortmund, my team has continued to work hard in the last few weeks and have taken things very seriously. Today we showed we were able to maintain the rhythm and play with a lot of tension ahead
of both of our finals. We have big goals in us and we came to Koln to win,” he was quoted as saying in an interview.
On the other hand, FC Koln manager Frank Schaefer expressed his disappointment on losing the game as the club have been relegated to the second division. He insisted that the team could have done better and could have avoided the
drop.
“This is obviously a bad day. That's the feeling I have when I look at this city, this stadium and with these fans. To be relegated directly is incredibly disappointing,” he concluded.
Bayern Munich are preparing for the DFB-Pokal final at the Olympiastadion this weekend and have a great chance of completing a double at the end of the campaign.
