The Bavarian giants’ team trainer claims he was angry by the timing of the former Catalan manager’s designation at the Bundesliga club
Bayern Munich head coach Jupp Heynckes has expressed his disappointment with the club officials for their role in announcing Pep Guardiola as the new coach at the Allianz Arena, mid-way in the current season. The former Real Madrid
boss feels that they could have changed the timing of the development.

the winter break and before the Christmas vacations.
"It would have been better to do this in the winter break. Before Christmas, before the holidays," he added.
The former striker thinks that his team will be hugely affected by the media hype. He also revealed that he is in full control of Der FCB after they beat Greuther Furth 2-0. He stated that he is the caretaker until the end of the
season and further added that he always takes charge of the club wherever he goes.
"This is due to the media hype that might interfere with the normal working day. I am the boss. Anyone who knows me knows I am the boss here. I have been the boss everywhere - no matter where I have worked," he mused.
On the other hand, Die Roten legend Franz Beckenbauer has supported the Bavarian outfit’s timing of the appointment. He suggested that Pep has a tremendous name in the world of football, and whenever they would have announced this,
it would have made the headlines.
"If somebody is as high calibre as Pep Guardiola, you should not be surprised if it is the big issue. Now, it has to be Jupp. But he doesn't seem happy," the World Cup winner finally concluded.
Beckenbauer said that Guardiola is a top manager and can be considered the best among his age. Therefore, it was normal that there will be a huge hype in the news for some time.
