hi i need help i have a ipod nano 3rd generation and ive had it since christmas and just lately when i want to put new songs on it my computer wont recognise it. it wont even start charging it. i want to put new songs on it and i cant as my computer is not recognising it.

i have tried reseting it. but that isnt working. please help me!!
