you should go to an outlet mall or a mall where many tourists go.

You're probably not going to find a cheap Chanel necklace like that, or at least one that's purple and not white.

You could probably find a hello kitty necklace like that at Claire's. They shouldn't be too hard to find, but that you'll have to go to the store for because they don't sell online.

As for a pocketwatch necklace, Urban Outfitters as you said, and I'm pretty sure Forever 21, For Love 21, Urban Behavior and Aldo Accessories would have something.

i know Sanrio stores carry hello kitty necklaces that are affordable
