Oh please don't do truth or dare, that is SO overdone!  Anything that promotes gossiping/meanness is also a bad idea.  how about take a regular game of cards and play "Go fish" or "uno" or matching or euchare?  Or, you could (depending on your age) draw fake penises and play 'pen the p***s on the model' (take some dude from a magazine and some scotch tape).  You could also all think of ten questions that are deep/silly and then put thema ll in a pile on the floor.  Choose a question and whoever chooses it has to answer the question.  "If you were to die tomorrow, who would you spend 24 hours straight with?" "If you had to lose yoru sight or your hearing, which one would you lose?" "What is your life dream, what would it take for you to give that up?"  Those are always good things to do, not really games, but it gets people talking about important things.

B.S...that card game keeps my friends up for hours..and discusting desert competitions...have everyone make some sort of cookie or cake, but throw anything you can find into them..me and my friends do this constantly
