Hhhheeeellllppp indian ringneck baby?

i have a 4 day old indian ringneck and its belly has gone big and its crop is staying full and it is haveing trouble pooping what can i do please help someonr

  1. The Indian Ringneck usually feed on buds, fruits, vegetables, nuts, berries and seeds.  Have you been feeding it these?  Bear in mind that they usually stay with their mothers until they're 7 weeks old.  It may be too young to be out of her care.


  2. It may have crop stasis..it is when the crop kind of shuts down and doesn't allow the food to digest.  I would put him under a heat lamp at about 90 degrees to  keep him very warm, and then get him to your vet.  If he's not pooping- thats not good. It's showing with the enlarged crop and the no droppings that his crop is not emptying properly which can result in death.
