Hi, Can anyone tell me the name of the island off cairns that only appears for 2 hours a day then disappears?

  1. There are a number of ephemeral sand cays off Cairns but I don't know of any that have official names.

    Do a Google Advanced search (all words) on sand cay wedding cairns and you'll find heaps of such sites.


  2. No, but I'm going to look into it. It sounds like it is exposed at low tide? There are probably a million places just below ocean/tide levels.
