Go to www.justclicklocal.com and search for the bank there.

You will get the phone number of the bank, their address,etc.

If none exists, just don't reply to the letter.It might be some sort of scam to get your personal info.

if you have got a letter, it should be genuine and be sure it is there

Looks like there's a Nigerian type scam out there that uses Spring Bank.
