  1. This entry almost sounds like a Nigerian scam.

The great land rushes in the U.S. 1800's is over.

Rich cultivation lands being converted to Industrial parks, condos, shopping malls etc.

This has been going on for a long time.

There are no more orange trees in Orange County.

    Plenty in the Central Valley

    As John mentioned,

it is likely barren for a reason.

Not cost effective nor do-able etc.,

    at least at the moment.

Even if the soil has sufficient fertility.

    No source of cheap water,

    transportation access.

    Purhaps you meant "Baron Lands"?

He too is sitting with legs crossed.

When he wants to talk, he has to lean first.

Left leg over right facilitates leaning right.

Right leg over left facilitates leaning left.

Did you get wind of that?!

Crossing legs also safegards us from getting screwed or s******g others.

  2. Any barren lands in this country are barren for a reason.  They are incapable of growing crops for one reason or another. Instead of sitting with your legs crossed why don't you get a clue about agriculture.

  3. if i had money and if industrail hemp was legal i would.  That stuff is very profitable and can grow in almost any condition.
