I have found a train called "the coaster", but it doesn't work on sunday. Is there an alternative solution ? Thanks a lot !

Assuming you mean McClellan - Palomar Airport (CRQ) In Carlsbad, California you should call the airport and ask:

Public transportation is so poor in San Diego. If it was me, I'd call on one of the shuttle services ("Cloud 9" comes to mind -- you can probably google it). It will probably cost you $40 or $50, but save you several hours of uncomfortable bus rides (when you include the transfers).
