  1. pin the baby on the mommy..( ala..pin the tail on the donkey)...con grads to the happy couple

  2. Have a diaper  raffle. Spend a  few $$$ to put together a gift  basket and ask each guest to bring either a pack of newborn diapers or baby wipes and they  get one ticket for each  thing they bring. The mother to be draws out a raffle ticket and the winner gets the gift basket.

  3. at a baby shower i went to they had a bingo quiz on questions like, do you sing in the shower? or do you have a baby already, boy or a girl? if your a close relative you can always pick out a song that you think relates to the person then show it to them, if you have the guts!. that will mean alot to them!!

  4. try some fun games, get some toilet paper and have everyone guess how many squares will go around her belly, whoever is closest wins a prize! look up other good games too!

  5. You could maybe do like group scrapbooking or jewelry making, i think its a good idea to decide on a hobby that most of her friends like (call them and ask) and then have that as an activity at the shower

  6. OK, these things can be really boring... esp for people that do not have babies/ can't have babies so you have to think of everyone.  Something you can do is assign everyone a letter (you can double-up or repeat if needed)  have the guests buy a gift for a woman that starts with that letter (this eliminates repeats).  Not for a family, or a couple- something special for a woman and you can put any price limit on it- even give it a theme... lingerie, sweets, bath...

Have everyone put their gifts in a basket and do a grab at the end.  This will get people excited and wondering what they will get.  Your grab could be random numbers, alphabetical, age etc...

I did this and it was very fun!

  7. Purchase some solid color onesies, blankets, or sleepers and provide iron-on transfers, paints, etc and have each guest decorate something for the baby.  You could also ask each guest to bring their favorite childhood book and start a book collection for the baby.  Another idea is to provide scrapbook supplies and let each guest decorate a page. Then take every guest's picture with the mom-to-be and then put togther the album for her.

    Good luck and have fun!

  8. This isn't a game but a fun activity instead. Buy some plain white onesies (like cheap ones from Target in 6 packs) and some paint and brushes. Allow everyone to paint and decorate the onesies. Put a clothes line up and hang to dry with pink or blue clips. Not only is it fun but it makes cute decorations when they are all hanging. We did this for my cousin and she actually took them home and put them up in her sons room on the wall along a clothes line as art. It's a cute and personal thing to do.

  9. ok i didnt read all the ones other people wrote but i played this at a baby shower recently it was FUNNY!! you fill up  baby bottles with soda and pick some people to stand up in front of everyone and see who empties the bottle first! it was hilarious... and its pretty hard! lol i got second!!

  10. tell everyone to bring in their own baby picture and you have to figure out who it is and whoever finds out the most out of the people that are there, they get like a little present like, pedicure set, lotion, woman things.lol.
