I am insurance sales leader and trainer. I have a better vacancy in MNC as associate branch trainer. But I am confused what to do. my current package is 1 Lakh p.a. and new offering is 3.0 lakhs. I am also selected in State bank of India. What To do?

Man , congratulation! seems u are bit confused. right. well, first of all make sure of ur long term career goal. we cant measure everything in terms of money.

Trainer and banker are two different profiles.

evaluate yourself where u can fit urself .coz being a trainer you have to motivate people beside product training.

Being a banker you have to take care for ur clients.

second see which entity has growth potential?
