  1. You can only petition for immediate family.  That only includes spouses, parents, children, step children and siblings.  You cannot petition to bring him over ot the US.

  2. Unfortunately the answer is no.

Cousins are too distant relatives for you to petition for.

US citizens may petition for their spouses, children, parents (mother/father), and siblings.

  3. Hello

You cannot petition for your cousin, it must be a close relative like: Wife, Mother, Father, Son, Daughter, Stepson, Stepdaughter, Brother, Sister, etc.

As a cousin you can be his sponsor with form I-864.

The terrorist part wasn't needed to get the information...

    Good Luck!

  4. It looks very difficult. Now you may understand why so many people enter illegally in the USA

  5. Sponsors must be US citizens and immediate blood relatives -- parent, sibling or adult child.  You cannot sponsor a cousin.
