  1. Why German? I am taking Mandarin now so I am biased.  It's tough but totally fun!

  2. umm german no affence is boring i like greek its fun lots of tongue rolling!!!haha

  3. They say that German is a close language to English. I studied German and thought it was quite easy and if you're only doing it over summer, you'd want to pick an easy one.

  4. Latin

    root  of all languages (:

especially if you like a challange!

  5. I was going to suggest Mandarin (afterall, it's very popular nowadays, i think more popular than english!)

Well, besides considering german, how about Korean?

  6. just go with the one that is more common.

  7. i speak german, i love it! go for it, if you want too!

  8. German sounds great! but i think french is also good...

  9. i will go for German , just because it is more of a use. it is also more challenging. Spanish and Portuguese are similar as well as Italian, so taken that in consideration i could also say that if you decide to learn Italian it will be easier. German in the other hand will challenge you more than mandarin and also you could get a good background if you go into mechanical careers hehehe ;) ..... take it from someone who speaks Spanish, English and french.

  10. German is good.

  11. What about French?
