    are they small back ball like seeds?

    and

    if you put like a t/spn in a bit of water do they swell up?

    If they do and r then with them u can add to ur milkshakes will taste great.

  4. Indians dont use chasku seeds in cooking, they are used in herbal medicine.  I think they are "cassia absus".  I think they are used in maternal health to increase breast milk production like methi seeds (fenugreek).
