Hi, Iam a Indian resident.I have a Saudi Business visa and have a work permit as well.Is it a problem for stampping for US (H1B) visa?Please advice me.

I know the diplomatic anwser would be NO...

  1. Having a Saudi visa and a work permit is an advantage for application for a US visa but you must complete the requirements as prescribed by the US Embassy.


  2. there shouldn't be too much problems....

    you could get it if you full the requirements..

    also i think it depends on what kind of business you have..
