  1. What the h**l are you even saying?

  2. What windows  version are you running? Is it 2000, XP or Vista? If you have another PC with the same as your go into C:\WINDOWS (Or C:\WINNT) and copy "boot.ini" to your desktop. Burn it onto a CD or floppy and go to your sisters PC.

    Now

    Unplug it.

Turn it on and then read the bottom of the screen. It should say

"Press F1 to _______", "Press F2 to _______" or "Press Del to ______"

Press whatever it has asked you to press. And then go into BIOS settings and then into Boot Device Priority. Set the first drive as your CD rom drive or floppy drive. Press F10 to save and quit and then when it says "Press any key to boot from CD" press a button n the keyboard. It will bot windows normally.Go into the CD and copy the "boot.ini" into the C:\WINDOWS (Or C:\WINNT) folder.
