It's like it's a balloon and then it pops and a bunch comes out! My friends tell me I eat too much spicy ramen but I don't think it's true.

It burns and I can't go out some days. Ollemar keeps laughing at me. I had to stay home 2 days from school!

Or, if you've been on a lot of anti-biotics, this drains your body of its good bacteria. In that case, you need to eat Activia Yogurt and buy Probiotic Acidophilus at WalMart with the vitamins.

Or, you can see a doctor if this continues for more than 2-3 days.

  6. Well, you know, the interesting thing about the G.I. tract is it's just a tube.  That's it.  Stuff goes in one end and comes out the other end.  But in the meantime a lot of really important stuff is going on inside of you and this is either the pathway to good health or ruined health.

Basically, this is what you should be eating; mostly plants, a little high quality protein like chicken or fish, and whole grains.  That's it.

Try eating really healthy for a while and see if this doesn't clear up by itself.

Nothing white....that means, no sugar, no white rice, no white noodles or pasta, no white bread, no potatoes.

Fruit and veges, that's the ticket
