I have to write a formal, notarized invitation to my spanish friends who are visiting in December, and i need to know what about myself to add, like social security number, full name, address, phone number....

there are templates on CIBT Center for International Business Travel that you can download and modifiy.  YOu don't necessarily have to use them as a passport/visa processing agency. Just download the form and modify. Good Luck
