  1. 수기

    The characters are:

    ᄉ (S)

    ᅮ (oo)

    ᄀ (G/K)

    ᅵ (ee)

The same character is used for both G and K.  It "bends" a bit to look like a number 7 when written in combination with a "vertical" vowel.  ÃƒÂ¬Ã‚ˆÂ˜ÃªÂ¸Â° actually means "memoir."

If you only see question marks or boxes above, you may need to change the character encoding in your browser's menu.

Edit:  Sorry, I overlooked the possibility of 수키.

That would be a better choice.  I recognized 수기 as a word so I instinctively chose that one.  The ᄏ character is always pronounced like K, though.  The second answer is better than mine.  Hope you didn't run out and get a tattoo, but if you did, they can always add an extra line.

  2. 수기 (or possibly 숙이) would be said soo-gi, not soo-ki.

Sooki is 수키. One extra line. ;-)
