Hi, Im looking to treat my girlfriend to a great Valentines day in Glasgow.?

Question

I am wishing to dine and then get a hotel in the city. We arent keen on seafood but anything else is good. Looking to spend around £40 on the meal as we dont drink. The hotel would have to be pretty reasonably priced aswell as the budget isnt a great deal.
