Hi, So I was wondering how much it would cost to kinda extend my house. So I have a garage which has a roof and everything and a floor so thats all ok but wat I want to do is fill in the three sides of the garage 5m x3.5m with walls and am wanting to know how much it would cost for the materials to do this. Because my family could prob help put the walls in and build them.(couldn't we???)

Labor and materials cost vary greatly according to location.  So do the permits.  In my area, simply getting a building permit could cost $80,000, while the same permit where I went to school would cost $20.  My advice, is to simply call 2 or 3 local contractors, and get estimates from them.
