We r in our early 50's, living australia. I m not gujrati but my family is living in valsad, gujrat. I speak only hindi and english. We would like to have nice social life, going out, enjoyble modern but safe life style.Can we buy a 3br apartment in a good suberb for Rs 8-15 lac?
